Refund policy
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please email us at info@kennedysue.com. If your return is accepted, you will be responsible for purchasing your own return shipping label and shipping the item(s) back to us using your preferred carrier.
Once your return is received and inspected, a full refund will be issued provided the item(s) arrive in perfect condition, unused, and in their original packaging.
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can rectify the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain products cannot be returned. Non-returnable items include sale or discounted products, gift cards, seasonal items, florals, custom orders (all lighting, furniture, wall clocks, mirrors, wall décor, and personalized items are considered custom orders), and personal care goods (such as beauty products and face masks). Refunds
Once we have received your return we will contact you via email regarding your refund. Refunds are automatically processed back to the original form of payment. Once a refund is initiated the money can take approximately 5-10 business days to return to your method of payment. This depends on your banking institution.
