If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you are welcome to return items for a refund within 14 days of receipt. Customers can return online purchases in store or by requesting a return label using the link below. Products purchased using a promo code, sale items, custom orders, and seasonal items are final sale.

Please keep in mind that it may take 3-4 weeks for our larger items (i.e. Clocks, Light fixtures, Mirrors) to ship. Many of our larger items are in stock, but some take 3-4 weeks to arrive. Please be aware some of these items will not ship immediately. We will do our best to keep you updated with the approximate delivery date of your item.
Customers will be refunded for cost of items minus return shipping costs.
Refunds for eligible returned merchandise will be processed within 10 business days of our warehouse receiving the return. Depending on your bank, credits can take 1-3 business days to reflect on your bank statement.
Lost or stolen packages
Please note that we cannot be responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being delivered. We provide tracking information in our shipment confirmation emails that allows you to track your package and verify delivery.
Damaged or Defective Items
We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and will gladly replace any defective items within 14 days of purchase. Please email customer service with your name, Order ID number and a photo of the damage.
